CONFEDERATE_LAYOUTS HAS BEEN MOVED TO--

I have changed it to only custom module/info box layouts. Requests will be open periodically. And sorry, but after browsing the layout community and seeing the sad deficiency of good southern layouts, the new site will be only southern layouts. thanks, and remember to vote and subscribe over there.

also, layouts will be left up here for a while.
